This offering is produced by ASOPROAAA certainly embodies the ideals of conservation and recovery. Founded in 1998, ASOPROAAA is made up of 1,142 families, 200 of which are involved with coffee and agroforestry. The cooperative provides milling and processing services to farmers, many do not have facilities of their own. This particular cup comes from farmers in the Tarrazu Canton (a small political division within a country) of San Jose, and provides floral notes with some nicely balanced acidity.
