Brooklyn Magazine Profiles BRC's Head Roaster, Amy Marshall
Brooklyn Magazine just posted an in-depth profile of our head roaster, Amy Marshall, highlighting her journey to the company and how she is able to consistently roast BRC beans to perfection. She speaks of working with entire BRC team, from baristas to management, in order to “find how to get the best out of every coffee bean that comes in" and her process of utilizing our Loring Kestrel half-bag roaster to manage about 20 different profiles.
