Official Rules - In-Cafe Jar Draw

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. MULTIPLE ENTRIES WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION.

Promotion Period

The giveaway begins July 17, 2026 and ends July 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST. Entries received after this time will not be eligible.

Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States. Employees of Brooklyn Roasting Company and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win. Minors must have parental consent to claim prize. 

How to Enter

Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of entry method. Multiple entries will result in disqualification from the giveaway.

Method 1 - In-Cafe Entry: Visit any Brooklyn Roasting Company cafe location during the Promotion Period. Fill out an entry slip - available at the counter, no purchase required - with your full name and email address and drop it in the anniversary jar. One entry slip per person.

Method 2 - Email Entry: For those unable to enter in person, send an email to info@brooklynroasting.com with the subject line "GIVEAWAY" and include your full name in the body of the email. Email entries receive equal odds of winning as in-cafe entries. One entry per person via this method.

Prize

One winner will receive a Brooklyn Roasting Company anniversary keychain entitling the winner to one free beverage per day at any Brooklyn Roasting Company owned cafe location, valid through July 31, 2027.

Brooklyn Roasting Company Owned Cafes Include:

1. 200 Flushing Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11205

2. 1 Clinton St., Brooklyn, NY 11201

3. 543 Metropolitan Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11211 

Cafes that serve Brooklyn Roasting Coffee but are not owned by Brooklyn Roasting are not included in this giveaway.

Approximate retail value of prize: not to exceed $1,999.

Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. The keychain remains the property of the original winner and cannot be transferred to another individual. Brooklyn Roasting Company reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its discretion.

Draw and Winner Selection

The draw will take place on or around July 31, 2026 at Brooklyn Roasting Company headquarters. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Any persons found to have submitted multiple entries will be disqualified from the giveaway.

Winner Notification

The winner will be notified via the email address provided at time of entry within [2] business days of the draw. The winner must respond and claim their prize within seven (7) days of notification. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries under the same conditions.

8. General Conditions

Brooklyn Roasting Company reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend this giveaway at any time for any reason. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Brooklyn Roasting Company, which are final and binding. Brooklyn Roasting Company is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries. This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
