BRC’s 25 Jay Street cafe is home to our original roaster, a state-of-the-art Loring Kestrel half-bag roaster, which is programmed to precisely and consistently handle the 20+ flavor profiles we roast. If you visit us on a weekday, chances are you have had a chance to catch our roaster in action. We roast more than 10,000 pounds of coffee every week (sometimes 1,500 pounds a day) in our Navy Yard Production Facility. Feel free to ask a staff member for more information when you visit.
