Our Fair Trade Certified Ethiopian Natural is Brooklyn Roasting Company's Coffee of the Month.  Sourced from family-owned farms organized around Homacho Waeno Cooperative located within the Aleta Wando district of the Sidama region, it is a superb example of a berry-tinged Ethiopian natural.  The Homacho Waeno Cooperative joined the Sidama Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union (SCFCU), an umbrella organization established in 2001 to support a sustainable coffee supply from cooperatives in the Sidama region.
