In the Cafe: Summer 2026 Drink Specials
Summer in Brooklyn calls for something cold. This year's lineup is built around that: three drinks, all light and refreshing, available now through mid-September.
Horchata Shaken Latte
Horchata has been keeping people cool forever. We wanted to bring that into the cafe with the right amount of caffeine behind it.
The result is light and balanced, with a clean hit of spice that doesn't overpower. It's a latte, but it doesn't drink like one. Perfect for a walk around the neighborhood on a hot day.

Matcha Shirley Temple
We're back with Henry of Shokuya for round two.
This shade grown matcha has an incredible color to it. Bright, vivid green. We wanted to let that show, and pairing it with the red of a classic Shirley Temple felt right. The two colors side by side are the whole point.
The drink is bubbly, cold, and matcha forward. A little nostalgic, a little elevated. If you grew up on Shirley Temples and you're a matcha person now, this one's for you.

Limoncello Cold Brew Tonic
We love an espresso tonic. Coffee and tonic water work well together: the carbonation opens up the coffee's profile in a way that's hard to get any other way.
For summer, we built this one around our cold brew concentrate instead of the Iris. It's made with the Peru, and the cold extraction keeps things clean. The tonic does its thing, and the limoncello adds just enough brightness to round it out. Cool, refreshing, and a little transportive.

All three drinks are available in the cafes now through mid-September, or while supplies last. Manu launching Wednesday, July 8th. We can't wait for you to try these!
