Giving thanks to our Japanese partners to commemorate more than 10 years of working together, we present: The Japan Collection.
Tokyo Blend: The lightest roast of this trio, the Tokyo is a blend of our Ethiopian Nura Kurate Washed (lemony and bright) and Colombia Tolima (sweet and clean in the cup). This blend makes for a bright, floral, cup with notes of milk chocolate, honey, and flowers.
Japan Blend: An exquisite medium dark roast blend of sweet Ethiopian Naturals and chocolatey sun-dried Brazils, our Japan Custom Roast is easily appreciated by connoisseurs and everyday coffee lovers alike. Expect notes of chocolate, cherry, and cashew.
Shay Shay (Osaka) Blend: The darkest blend of the Japan blend collection, the Shay Shay Osaka Noir uses three uniquely aromatic South American Coffees: Peruvian, Brazilian, and Colombian. The result is a rich dark cup you'll find notes of smooth caramel & chocolate with mixed nuts and a citrus finish.
It's a truly perfect trio, and one that's only existed in person at our cafes. A beautiful spectrum of roasts, origins, and flavors, we can't recommend this bundle enough.
